Our office is at 83/112 on ityanandam Street, which is part of Vasudeva Nagar in Chennai-83. It is a bit of a walk from the main road, but it is a good spot for an accounting firm. We handle all kinds of things here, from individual income tax filings to more complex corporate audits. The space we work in is full of books on tax law and stacks of folders that seem to never get any smaller. We have a couple of ceiling fans that help keep things moving, though they can be a bit noisy. We aren't much for fancy presentations or polished talk. We just sit down with whoever comes in and look at their papers. Sometimes the records are a mess, and we have to spend hours untangling everything, but that is what we are here for. We know the local tax rules inside and out, which helps when things get complicated with the authorities. It’s a small office where everyone knows your name, and we usually have some biscuits to offer if you’re waiting. We don't spend money on expensive decor because we'd rather just focus on getting the numbers right. It’s a lot of work, especially when the end of the financial year rolls around, but we have a good routine down now. We just try to get the forms out on time and keep everyone's books in order.
