JAYASHRADDHA INFRA PROJECTS LLP is based in K.K. Nagar, specifically at Flat No. 313 on the 3rd floor of Bk.S7S12 on Ponnambalam Salai. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor, but the view of the street is okay once you get up there. We’ve been in this office for a while now, managing various infrastructure projects. K.K. Nagar is a busy area, and Ponnambalam Salai always has something going on. Our office is where we do all the organizing and talk to the different teams we work with. It’s not a large place, just enough room for our desks and the stacks of files we seem to collect. We aren't really about big corporate branding or anything like that. We just focus on the infrastructure work we have in front of us. Some days are spent entirely on the phone, and others we are out at different sites making sure things are being built correctly. It can be quite a lot of stress when things don’t go according to plan, but we just try to fix the problems as they pop up. We’ve been part of the local scene here for some time and we know the neighborhood pretty well. It’s a practical business run by people who know the trade. We just want to get the jobs done and move on to the next one. That’s how we keep things going year after year.
