Jayam Associates

Our office is located at No. 161 on K. H. Road, specifically on the first floor of the Hajiar Complex in Ayanavaram. It’s a busy area, and the complex has a lot of different shops and businesses, so there’s always people coming and going. Jayam Associates is just our small group working together on local projects and paperwork. We’ve been in Ayanavaram for quite some time now. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We don't go in for anything fancy. People stop by to ask for advice or help with their documents, and we just sit down and talk it through with them. It’s a very local feel here. We know the other shop owners in the complex and often grab a coffee downstairs. Sometimes it’s a bit chaotic with the traffic on K. H. Road, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work that’s in front of us. Most of the people who come to see us are from the neighborhood. We don’t have a marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on doing a solid job so people tell their friends. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us and the people we help.
