Jayam Associates

We’ve been at the Hajiyar Complex in Ayanavaram for a while now. It’s a busy spot on K.H Road, right on the first floor. People around here know where to find us. We just show up every morning and get to work. It’s not a fancy office, but it works for what we do. Sometimes the stairs are a bit much if you’re carrying things, but you get used to it. The area stays pretty crowded during the day. We’ve seen the shops around us change over the years, but we’re still here at number 10. We handle the daily stuff that comes through the door. Usually, it's just the sound of traffic from the road below and the fan humming inside. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. If you come by, you’ll probably see me or one of the guys sitting at the desk. We keep our paperwork organized enough to find what we need. It’s a straightforward operation. No big secrets or complicated systems. We just deal with the tasks as they come. Ayanavaram is a good place to be based because everything is close by. We’ve made some good friends in the neighboring offices. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall downstairs when things get slow. It’s just how we run things. Nothing too special, but it’s our living. We try to stay busy and keep things moving along without making a big fuss about it.
