Jay & Bharathi Living Space Llp

We’re up on the 4th floor of the Hariram Building on College Road. Nungambakkam is a pretty central part of the city, so it’s easy for people to find us at No.37/9. Jay & Bharathi Living Space Llp is what we call ourselves. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to folks about where they want to live. The elevator in this building is a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs more than we’d like. It’s a busy office. There’s always someone on the phone or looking at a computer screen. We’ve been in this space for a good amount of time now. College Road has a lot of energy, being near the colleges and all. We aren't some massive real estate firm with a huge lobby and a fancy receptionist. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with living spaces, trying to help people find the right fit for them. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but that’s just part of the job. We have our coffee together in the mornings and talk about what’s on the schedule for the day. It’s a simple way of working. We know the local area really well because we’ve been here so long. It’s a good place to be. We just try to be straightforward with everyone who walks through the door. The traffic outside can be a nightmare in the evenings, but inside it's usually just us focusing on the next set of plans.
