We operate out of Flat G-3 in the Akshaya Apartments. That’s located on 3rd Main Road in Nanganallur. Our door numbers are 39 and 19, which can be a little confusing for delivery people sometimes. Nanganallur is a nice, steady part of Chennai, and we’ve been here for a good bit now. We do construction work, mostly around this side of town but we go where the projects are. We aren't a big, polished firm with a glass office. We work out of an apartment and spend most of our time at the actual building sites. It’s a lot of coordination with workers and making sure materials arrive. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on the job at hand. Some days are long, especially when we’re trying to beat a deadline or deal with the rain. We like the community here in Nanganallur. It feels more like a neighborhood than just a business district. Our team is just a handful of people who know how to put a building together. We handle the paperwork and the site management from our little office in Akshaya Apartments. It’s not fancy, but it works for us. We just take things one project at a time and try to keep things moving forward without any unnecessary drama or corporate talk. There is always a lot to keep track of with any construction project, but we just stay focused on the task.
