Jabil Green Point India

We are based out of Chennai in Tamil Nadu. The local area around 636404 is where we spend most of our time. It’s a busy part of the state, especially with the climate being so humid most of the year. We call ourselves Jabil Green Point. We don't have a giant office building with glass walls. It’s more of a functional industrial setup where the real work happens. We focus on the electronic side of things, making sure parts are handled right. The tea here is good, and we usually have a cup together in the afternoons. It’s a local crew, mostly people from around this part of Tamil Nadu. We don't talk in corporate buzzwords. If a machine breaks, we fix it. If the schedule is tight, we stay a bit later. That’s just the way it goes. The language in the shop is usually a mix of Tamil and English depending on who is talking. We’ve been part of the landscape here for a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just doing a decent job every day. People around here know us as the place that works on tech stuff. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. We don't need much more than that to be happy. We focus on the components and let everything else take care of itself. It is a good way to work. We’ve always done it this way.
