Jabil Circuit India Ltd

Kanchipuram is famous for its temples and silk, but we are just here for the work on Narayana Palayam Street. Number 93 is where Jabil Circuit India Ltd is set up. The street is always busy with people and cycles. You can hear the sounds of the town all day long. It is a bit of an old building. The stairs are narrow and a bit steep when you are carrying things. We have a small space with a few computers. It is nothing like those big offices you see in Chennai. We keep it simple. There is a small window that looks out onto the street. It is nice to watch the people go by when you need a little break from the screen. We do not have any fancy air conditioning, just some ceiling fans. They do the job well enough. The floors are stone and stay relatively cool even in summer. We usually bring our own lunch boxes from home. There isn't much space for a proper break room. We just eat at our desks and chat. It is a very practical environment for us. We do not spend money on decorations or fancy lights. We just focus on the lists and the files we have to manage. Sometimes the local festivals make it hard to get to work because the streets are blocked by crowds. We just work around those days. It is just a normal life here. We don't try to be anything else.
