We’ve been here for a good while, focusing on the infrastructure needs of the region. Most of what we do involves the planning and oversight of various construction projects. The office is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and blueprints we keep, but we make it work. We don't use much corporate jargon; we just talk about what needs to be built and how long it’s going to take. The humidity in Chennai can be a challenge for some of the materials, so we have to stay on top of that. We’ve got a small crew that knows the local area well, which helps when we need to find specific parts or extra labor.
