IOTC CONTRACTING PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve been over here on Venkatesan Street in T Nagar for a while now. IOTC Contracting Private Limited is just a group of us working out of this spot in Chennai. T Nagar is always busy, so getting things moved around can be a bit of a headache with the traffic, but we make it work. We handle various contracting jobs that come our way. It isn’t always pretty, sometimes the office is a mess of papers and drawings, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually doing the work. People know where to find us, right near the old number 43 building. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get together, plan out the next site visit, and try to keep things moving forward. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Most of our days are spent out on-site anyway, so the office is more of a home base. We keep things straightforward. If there is a problem, we talk about it and figure it out. No big corporate meetings or long emails, just honest work from a local Chennai crew. We’ve got our routine down and we stick to it. It’s a simple setup we have here on Venkatesan Street, nothing more, nothing less.
