We are tucked away in Flat F1 on the first floor of Land Marvel Chandini. If you are familiar with Adyar, we are on M G Road in Shastrinagar. It's a decent area of Chennai, though traffic can be a bit of a headache during rush hour. Our daily routine involves a lot of engineering and construction planning. The office is basically just a flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate office, which suits us fine. There are always stacks of files on the tables and someone is usually on the phone talking to a site manager. We deal with construction projects, so things can get pretty busy and loud sometimes. We’ve got a small balcony where some of us go to catch a breath of air. Chennai heat is no joke, so the air conditioning runs pretty much all day. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the Land Marvel building. It’s not a huge place, but it's where all the decisions get made for the various sites we’re managing. We don't go for anything fancy; we just need a place to coordinate the labor and the materials. It works for us. We just show up, do the engineering bits, and make sure the buildings are going up like they should. It is just honest work in a busy city.
