Our office is down on M.G. Road in Velavan Nagar, Manapakkam. The address has an old number and a new one, 2/707, which can be a bit confusing if you’re using an old map. We focus on infra solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help with the basic structures and systems like roads or drainage. It's not the kind of work that gets a lot of praise, but it makes a difference in how a neighborhood functions. We’re a small partnership, not a massive corporation with layers of management. When you call, you usually talk to one of the people actually doing the work. Manapakkam is a busy area, and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We spend our days dealing with site visits, talking to contractors, and trying to figure out the best way to solve a technical problem. We don’t have a marketing budget or a fancy logo. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been around for a while and people know we do what we say we’re going to do. Sometimes the projects get delayed because of rain or supply issues, and we just have to be straight with people about that. There’s no point in sugarcoating things. We just stay focused on the tasks at hand and try to get things built properly so they last. It’s a lot of hard work, but we’re used to the grind.
