We are tucked away on the second floor of the Ramanyam building at 216 Peters Road. Royapettah is a lively part of the city, and being here at Intrans Cargo Freight Services Pvt. Ltd. means we are always near the action. Our office, 2C, is a modest space. It’s not one of those modern offices with open floor plans and bean bags. We have actual walls and heavy desks that have been here since we started. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, but they do the job. We focus on freight services, which is mostly just a lot of logistics and staying on top of schedules. It can get a bit hectic when several shipments are moving at once, but we manage. The building itself has a bit of history, and you can feel that when you walk in. We don't put much effort into being "on brand" or anything like that. We just focus on the cargo and the clients. Peters Road always has something going on, so lunch breaks are usually quick so we can get back to the files. It’s a practical place for practical people. We don't have a receptionist in a suit; you usually just walk in and see one of us at a desk. We’ve been at this address long enough that the mailman knows us by name. It’s just how we like it, simple and direct, no big corporate polish.
