We are based out of Block D 312 in the Tvs Green Hills Apartments, which is part of the Tvs Emerald Enclave in Nedunkundram. It is a bit of a different setup for Intime Fire Appliance Pvt Ltd since we are inside a residential enclave. Finding the 5th Enclave can be a little confusing for delivery drivers the first time they come by. We handle a lot of fire appliance stuff from this office. It’s mostly desks and stacks of manuals and certification papers everywhere you look. Being in a quiet apartment complex means it is much calmer than being on a main city street. We spend our mornings responding to emails and coordinating with the technicians who are out in the field. The balcony gives us a bit of air when the office feels too small with all the files. We’ve been working from here for a while, and the security guards at the gate know us pretty well by now. It’s a bit of a trek to the main road if we need to grab lunch, so we usually bring our own tiffins. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we manage the fire safety business and keep track of all the different contracts. It works for us, and we stay pretty busy throughout the week. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish the inventory reports.
