Our office is at 1218, Annanagar West End Colony in Mogappair. It’s a bit of a journey to get here if the traffic is bad, but it’s a good neighborhood. Electrons & Lasers (M) Pvt. Ltd. isn't a massive place; it’s more of a specialized lab and office combined into one. We have a lot of sensitive equipment sitting on the benches, so we have to be careful when we’re moving around. The lighting is a bit bright and clinical, which helps when you’re looking at small parts. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens or checking technical manuals. It’s not the kind of place where things move fast. Everything is a bit slower and more deliberate because we don't want to break anything. We usually have a few boxes of parts waiting to be shipped out or repaired sitting by the front door. The staff here are mostly quiet, focusing on their own tasks, though we usually gather around for a quick lunch in the small pantry. We don't have any big corporate banners or posters on the walls. It’s mostly just charts and perhaps a few photos from the company picnic a couple of years back. Sometimes people come in asking for directions because they get lost in the colony. We help them out and then get back to our work. It’s a steady pace, and we like it that way. No one is rushing around trying to impress anyone.
