We are located at No. 9 on Chelliamman Koil Street in Keelkattalai. It’s a quiet enough street, but our workshop is usually pretty busy. We make airflow equipment. Most of the stuff we build goes into buildings to help the air move around correctly. It’s a lot of metalwork and fans and motors. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and we’ve stayed right here in Keelkattalai the whole time. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes all day because we’re actually making the stuff ourselves. The floor is usually covered in scrap metal and tools. We like it that way because it shows we’re actually working. We aren't trying to be a global giant. We just want to make equipment that works the way it’s supposed to. When a customer calls, they usually talk to the same person they’ve known for years. We don't use scripts or fancy phrases. We just talk about the specs and the delivery dates. It’s a straightforward business. We value the fact that we can walk down the street and see the people we live near. Most people around here know us because they see us at the shop every day. We aren't doing anything special, just making sure the orders are ready on time. It’s what we’ve done since we started, and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. Just a small shop.
