We are tucked away in the basement of Raahat Plaza over in Vadapalani. The address is 172 N.S.K Salai on Arcot Road. Being in the basement means we don't see the sun much during the day, but it is a good, quiet place to focus on our engineering work. We handle building solutions, which basically means we figure out the technical side of construction. If someone has a problem with a structure or needs a specific design, they come to us. Vadapalani is a really busy part of Chennai, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic right outside our door. We have our desks, our computers, and all our technical drawings spread out everywhere. It is not a very polished office, but it works for us. We are just a small group of engineers and staff who like solving problems. We don't have any fancy brochures or a sales team. Most people find us because someone else told them we know what we are doing. It is a lot of calculating and checking things twice to make sure everything is safe. We spend our days looking at plans and sometimes heading out to sites to see how things are looking in person. It’s just regular engineering work, done by local people who have been in the business for a while now. We keep things pretty simple and just worry about getting the math right for the builders who use our plans.
