We are located at 1C in Rahul Apartments. It’s on 24 Cenotaph First Street in Teynampet. Being in this part of Chennai means we’re right in the thick of things. The office is actually inside an apartment building, so it feels quite lived-in and relaxed. We handle various infrastructure projects from here. It’s not a big corporate setup. We have a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the project documentation. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when we have meetings, but we manage. We aren't into fancy presentations or anything. Usually, we just sit around the table and figure out the logistics. Cenotaph First Street is a well-known spot, so people don't usually have trouble finding us. We’ve been here for a bit and we like the vibe of Teynampet. It’s convenient for getting to other parts of the city. We don't spend much on advertising or making ourselves look bigger than we are. Most of our work comes from people who know what we do. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us trying to stay organized and get our projects done on time. If you drop by, you might find us drinking tea and going over some site drawings. We just keep it real and focus on the work that needs doing. It is a quiet place to work compared to the main roads, and we like that it feels more like a home than an office space.
