The Indira Vikas Projects Llp office is in Madipakkam, specifically on the 7th Main Road in Ramnagar North Extension. We are on the first floor of Plot No.5093A/F2. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t used to the layout of these streets, but we like the quiet compared to the main roads. We deal with different projects around the area. It’s a small team, maybe just a few of us on a regular day. We have some desks and a lot of maps pinned to the walls. You can hear the neighborhood sounds, like kids playing or someone moving stuff next door. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out checking on how things are progressing. It’s not the kind of place with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a laptop. We’ve been in this Madipakkam spot for some time now. The commute can be a bit of a pain during rush hour, but we make it work. We handle the technical side of projects and try to keep the paperwork organized, which is harder than it looks. It’s just normal work. We aren't making big claims or anything. We just focus on the task at hand and try to finish what we started. If the fan is making noise, we just turn it up. It is a very normal place to spend a day.
