You can find Indira Realty Projects over in Madipakkam, specifically in the Ram Nagar North Extension area. Our office is on the first floor at Plot No. 5093A/F2, right on the 7th Main Road. It’s a decent-sized space where we manage our various real estate projects. Madipakkam has grown a lot lately, and we’ve been right in the middle of it. Our daily routine is mostly about checking on site progress and dealing with all the regulatory paperwork that comes with reality projects. It’s not always exciting work, but it has to be done carefully. We have a small group of people working here, and we all pitch in on whatever needs doing. Sometimes that means someone from the office has to drive out to a site to check on a delivery, or we all sit around the big table to figure out a budget issue. We don’t have any fancy marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of maps and site plans. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it feels a bit more relaxed than the center of Chennai, though the traffic on the main road can still be a headache. We like it here because we are close to the projects we are working on. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the buildings finished so people can move in.
