We are situated at Plot No.5093A/F2 on the first floor over on 7th Main Road in Ramnagar North Extension. This is in Madippakkam which is a well-known area in Chennai. Indira Projects Subaya Jv Privatelimited is the name on our door but inside it is just a group of us working through the daily tasks of project management and construction. Madippakkam has changed a lot over the years with more buildings popping up everywhere. Our office is tucked away in a residential-style extension which makes it a bit quieter than the main Chennai roads. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and talking to supervisors. The 7th Main Road has its own rhythm and we are just a part of it. We don't go for flashy ads or big corporate speeches. We just focus on the project at hand and try to make sure everything stays on track. Sometimes things go wrong with the weather or the materials and we have to sit down and figure out a new plan. It is part of the reality of building things in a city like this. Our office is where the planning happens but the real work is out in the sun at the sites. We are just local people doing a job that involves a lot of bricks and mortar and long hours.
