INCISIVE ENGINEERING AND CONTRACTING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at No. 9 in Jhaver Plaza. It’s right in Nungambakkam, so it’s pretty central for everything happening in Chennai. Being in a place like Jhaver Plaza means we’re around a lot of other businesses. We do engineering and contracting. It’s mostly about managing projects and making sure the technical side of things is handled properly. We spend a fair amount of time looking at drawings and then heading out to see how things look in person. Nungambakkam is always moving, so there’s a lot of energy around here. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of offices. We’re just here in No. 1, doing our bit. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with blueprints and files. We try to keep it organized, but when things get busy, it’s tough. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just take on contracts and try to finish them. It involves a lot of coordination with different people. Sometimes it’s a headache, but we’ve been doing it long enough to know the routine. We don't have a fancy website with lots of photos. Usually, people just come to the office or give us a call. It’s a practical way of working. We stay focused on the job at hand. The city keeps growing, and we’re just glad to be a part of that process. It's nothing special, just our daily work.
