We are Inchmark Builders Private Limited. If you know Chennai at all, you know how Ranganathan Street gets. It is always moving, people everywhere, especially right across from Shanmuga Stores. Our place is situated right there, opposite to it. We are in the Annamal Building, specifically room 102 which is on the second floor. The address is No.40/36. It can be a real walk to get through the crowds sometimes but we have been here for a good while. Working in T Nagar means you see everything that goes on. It is quite noisy outside most days but we just keep doing what we do. The office itself isn't fancy or anything, just a regular spot where we handle the building side of things. Sometimes the stairs are a bit of a climb when you're carrying things or in a hurry, but that's just how these older buildings are. We get a lot of people asking for directions because of where we are located. It’s a busy part of Tamil Nadu, 600017. Most days are just about managing the paperwork and talking to people who drop by the second floor. It is not like those big corporate parks you see, it is a local setup. We have been Inchmark Builders Private Limited for a while and this spot in T Nagar is where everything happens for us. Being on the second floor helps a bit with the street noise, though you can still hear the shoppers on the street.
