Hunterproperty Private Limited is based in Perambur, at No 31 on the ground floor of the housing complex on Thillai Nayagam Pillai Street. Perambur is a classic part of the city with a lot of history. Our office is a straightforward space on the ground floor which makes it easy for people to drop by. We focus on property management and sales. It’s a job that keeps us moving from one part of the neighborhood to another. We aren't fancy people. We don't use a lot of corporate talk or try to sell you things you don't need. We just look at the property, look at the market, and tell it like it is. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office chatting, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. That’s just how it goes in this business.
