Our office is tucked away in R.A. Puram on 3rd Street in Karpagam Avenue. The building is New No.26. It’s a decent spot, usually quiet enough to get things done without too much noise from the main roads. We focus on equipment here, mostly industrial stuff that people use in their factories or labs. The day usually starts with checking emails and seeing which orders need to go out. We have a lot of crates coming and going. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a bit of a hard time in the narrow streets, but we manage it. It's mostly technical work, looking over specs and making sure the equipment is what the customer asked for. We aren't a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you're on the phone, the next you're helping move a heavy box. We've been at this address for a bit now and the neighbors know us. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big showroom or anything like that. It's more of a workspace where we handle the logistics and the technical side of the machinery business. People stop by for meetings sometimes, and we just sit around the old wooden table and talk shop. It's straightforward. We just want to make sure the equipment works like it’s supposed to and that we get it to the right place on time. It is a simple way of working that suits us.
