HIGHLINE HOMES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at G-2, P. 31 in Mahalakshmi Nagar, specifically on the 2nd Main Road over in Adambakkam. This is where Highline Homes operates from. It is a ground-floor office which makes it easy for people to just stop by if they are in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and talking about how to fit everything into a new house. It is a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. One minute we are talking to a carpenter and the next we are checking the local building codes for the Adambakkam area. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it is a quiet enough place to get some thinking done. We don't have any fancy receptionists or huge signs. It is just a practical workspace where we try to figure out how to build decent homes for people. We have some samples of tiles and paint charts lying around usually. Most of our day is spent on the phone or meeting with people who want to build something on their land. We just try to be straightforward about what can be done and how much it will cost. It is a lot of back and forth, but that is just how the home building business goes. We like being tucked away in Mahalakshmi Nagar because it feels more like a home than a cold office building.
