The office has a good view of the traffic on Basin Bridge Road, which never seems to stop. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of people who know how to get buildings up. It involves a lot of coordination with engineers and laborers. There are always challenges, like getting materials delivered through the narrow streets around here. We spend a lot of our time at the actual project sites rather than sitting in the office. Osian Heights is a well-known spot, so it makes it easy for people to find us. We don’t do big TV ads or anything like that. Most of our work comes from being present in the community for a long time. The building trade is tough and there are always new rules to follow. We just try to stay on top of the regulations and make sure the structures are solid. It’s practical work.
