You can find us at the Diamond Dome building on Poonamallee High Road. We are up on Level 5. If you’ve ever driven down that road near Aminjikarai or Egmore, you know the traffic can be a total nightmare at almost any time of day. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the constant movement outside. Being in Nungambakkam gives us a good central point to reach different parts of Chennai. We work on township projects, which basically means we spend our days looking at large maps and trying to figure out where roads and houses should go. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and people. Sometimes it feels like we are just moving paper around, but then you see the actual ground being cleared and it starts to feel real. We aren’t into fancy talk or big promises; we just focus on the layout and making sure the space is used well. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and coffee mugs, but we know where everything is. Our group is fairly casual, and we don't really go for the whole corporate vibe. We just show up, do the work, and try to get things finished on time. It's a lot of back and forth with various departments, which can be tiring, but that’s just the nature of township work in a city as big as this.
