Our office is on the 1st Floor of Greenways Towers. It’s at No. 119 St. Marys Road in Abhiramapuram. It’s a nice enough area of Chennai, with plenty of trees and a bit less noise than the industrial zones. We work on property development under the name Happiness Harmony. The name sounds a bit cheerful, but the work is mostly about permits, land, and dealing with contractors. We have a regular office setup where we look at maps and talk about where the next project might be. It’s not a huge operation. We prefer to keep things manageable. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we take the stairs. Most of our days are spent in meetings or on the phone. The property market in Chennai is always shifting, so we have to stay on top of what’s happening. We don’t have a flashy showroom. We just have our files and our experience. People come by to discuss their land or see what we are building. It’s a steady process. We’ve been in Abhiramapuram for a bit now and it’s a good central location for us. We handle the paperwork and the ground work without making a big scene about it. Every project has its own set of headaches, but we just work through them. It’s just how the business goes. We have been here for years and the routine stays pretty much the same.
