GZM FINDEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED has been around for a while now. We are located right on Anna Salai in Chennai, specifically at the Raheja Complex. You can find us on the second floor in suite 11A. It is a busy part of the city, so there is always a lot of noise and traffic outside our windows. We mostly focus on development and finance matters. It is not a flashy office with modern art or anything like that. We just have our desks, some computers, and a lot of files. Most of our day is spent talking to people and trying to figure out the best way to move projects forward. Anna Salai is a good location because it is central, though finding a parking spot can be a real headache some mornings. We have seen a lot of businesses come and go in this building, but we have managed to stick around. We do not really go for big advertisements or fancy slogans. Usually, people find us through people they know. It is a straightforward operation here. We show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home once the rush hour dies down a bit. The office gets quite warm in the summer months, but the fans keep things moving. We just try to be helpful to anyone who walks through the door and keep our paperwork in order.
