Our office is tucked away in Mylapore, specifically at Vinoth Apartment on the 4th floor. CIT Colony is a quiet enough area for Chennai, which is nice when you're trying to get work done. Guru Dakshan Properties is a small setup. We don't have a giant staff or anything like that. We mostly deal with property management and sales around this part of the city. Mylapore has a lot of history, and the buildings here are a mix of very old and some newer ones. We spend a lot of time climbing stairs or taking the lift up to meet people. The office is at No. 1, 3rd Cross Street. It’s easy to find once you’re in the colony. We aren't into big marketing campaigns. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are or stopping by. Dealing with real estate in Chennai means navigating a lot of paperwork and local rules, which we’ve been doing for quite some time now. Some days are slow, just checking files, and other days we’re running around all over the place. We just try to keep things simple and help people get their property stuff sorted without a headache. It’s just us doing our jobs every day in a part of town we really like. We appreciate the people who stop by the apartment office to chat about their plans for houses or land.
