Our place is located in Saligramam, right on the 80 Feet Road in Sathiyagardan. We're on the first floor of No.1 Devar Garden. It's a handy spot for us because we're close to a lot of the residential projects we keep an eye on. Building homes and handling the construction side of things is what fills our days. It’s mostly about managing the labor, getting the materials to the site on time, and making sure the walls go up straight. We don't have a massive office with fancy furniture. It's just a functional space where we look at drawings and talk to contractors. Saligramam is a nice part of Chennai to work in. There’s always something going on nearby. We’ve been at this for a bit now. Sometimes things go smooth and other times we’re dealing with rain delays or a supplier who forgot a delivery. That's just how the building trade goes. We don't try to make it sound like more than it is. It's hard work and it takes a lot of patience. When we aren't at the office, we're usually out on a dusty site somewhere. We use this 80 Feet Road office as our home base to keep everything organized. It’s where the files live and where we have our meetings. We know the local area well and that helps when we need to find specific materials or hire extra hands for a job. It's a solid, local operation that we're proud to run.
