Down here in Porur, on Kundrathur Road, you’ll find Gsv Microtech. Our address is 3/531, Madanandapuram. It’s a bit away from the main city buzz, which is nice sometimes. We work on small electronics and technical components. The workbench is usually covered in wires, soldering irons, and little pieces of plastic. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. The humidity in Chennai can be a bit much, so we have a small AC unit that struggles to keep up in the afternoons. Most of our day is spent looking through magnifying glasses or testing circuits. We aren't a massive tech firm with glass walls. We’re just a small shop tucked away in Madanandapuram. People from the neighborhood know us, and we get some walk-ins looking for repairs or specific parts. We don’t have a big marketing budget, so we just rely on people telling their friends about us. The traffic on Kundrathur Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually stay late to avoid it. We have a small fridge for cold water and a rack for our tools. It’s a practical, quiet life for the most part. We like the technical side of things and don't care much for the corporate side. That’s just the way we operate. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out.
