Gsquaregsquare Constructors Llp is based out of Harrington Apartments at No. 98, Harrington Road in Chetpet. We are located on the third floor in Flat No 14. Being in Chetpet puts us right in the middle of everything in Chennai, which is helpful but also means dealing with a lot of traffic. Our office is a basic apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s filled with desks, computers, and stacks of files from our past and current construction projects. We don't have a big reception area or any fancy decor. It’s just a place where we do the planning and keep the accounts in order. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors and trying to make sure the sites have what they need. Construction can be a messy business, so having a quiet place to sit and look at the numbers is important. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. Harrington Road is a well-known spot, so it’s easy to give people directions. We've been in this third-floor flat for a while and it serves its purpose. We just focus on the work at hand and try to keep our projects moving along as they should.
