GSQUARE ZARA BUILDMORE LLP

We are tucked away on the third floor of Harrington Apartments, specifically at Flat No 14. That’s over at No. 98 Harrington Road in Chetpet. It’s a nice enough area in Chennai with lots of trees around. We call ourselves Gsquare Zara Buildmore. Most of our day is spent right here in this office or out looking at various sites around town. We deal with building projects and things like that. It’s not always glamorous, mostly just checking on things and making sure the supplies arrived. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It’s got a good feel to it. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place to get work done and drink some tea. We don't really like using big corporate words to describe what we do. We just build things. It's a lot of organizing and talking to different people all day long. Sometimes it gets a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we manage somehow. We try to keep things simple and honest. If someone asks what we do, we just tell them we’re in construction and development. That usually covers it. Being in Chetpet is convenient for getting around the rest of the city. We have a lot of stuff going on at any given time, so there’s never a dull moment for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
