You can find Gsquare Land & Building Llp over at Harrington Apartments in the Chetpet area. We are in Flat No 14 on the third floor of No 98. It is a decent part of Chennai to work in, though trying to find a parking spot on Harrington Road can be a real headache some mornings. Our office is tucked away inside the apartment building, so it feels a lot more like a home than a regular business office. We spend most of our time dealing with land and building stuff. It is a lot of talking to people on the phone and checking on how things are going at different sites around the city. Being up on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is usually packed with cars and people rushing to work. We started Gsquare Land & Building Llp because there was plenty of work to do here in Chennai. We don't have a big sales team or a bunch of people in suits. It is just a few of us making sure the paperwork is done and the buildings are moving along like they should. Sometimes things get slowed down by the rain or other things, but that is just part of life in this business. We like being in Chetpet because it is central and everyone knows the way here.
