We run Gsquare Home Developers from our office in Harrington Apartments. It’s Flat 14 on the third floor of number 98, right there on Harrington Road in Chennai. It’s a pretty standard setup. We spend most of our time looking at land and trying to figure out the best way to develop homes for people. Since we’re in Chennai, things move fast, and we have to keep up. Our office is usually filled with the sound of phones ringing and people discussing site plans. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand employees. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the flat when we have contractors coming in, but we make it work. We don't put on airs or use a lot of buzzwords. If you want to talk about building a home, you just come up to the third floor and we sit down and talk. It’s honest work. We deal with the paperwork, the permits, and all the headaches that come with developing property so the homeowners don't have to. It's not always easy, especially with the regulations changing all the time, but we stay on top of it. Being located where we are makes it easy for us to keep an eye on projects across the city. We’ve been here for a while and we know the local landscape quite well. It's just about getting the job done right.
