You can find us over at the Harrington Apartments on Harrington Road. We are up on the third floor in Flat 14 at Number 98. It's a busy part of Chennai, but it works for us. We do a lot of building work across the city. Being Gsquare Hi-Tech Builders means we handle quite a bit of technical stuff, but we try not to overcomplicate things. Our office isn't some massive glass tower, just a functional space where we handle all our planning and meetings. Chennai is a big place, and being centrally located helps us get to different sites without too much trouble, though the traffic is always a challenge. We have a small team here. Most of the time, the desks are covered in site maps and notes from the various projects we have going on. We don't go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just focus on getting the buildings done. People come to the flat to sign papers or look at designs. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor but we don't mind. We've been in this business long enough to know that the actual work matters more than a fancy lobby. We just keep things moving, day in and day out, from our little corner of Harrington Road. It's a solid way to make a living and we enjoy the work we do. There's always something new to learn in this trade and we just take it as it comes.
