Our office is at No. 4, Krishnappa Mudali Street in Purasaiwakkam. If you’ve ever walked through Purasaiwakkam, you know how crowded and lively it is. The streets are narrow, and there’s always a shop or a stall around every corner. Green Value Builder Private Limited has been operating from this spot for some time now. It’s an old part of Chennai, and we like the character of the neighborhood. The building isn't brand new, but it’s sturdy and it gets the job done for us. We’re builders, so we spend a lot of time out at different sites, but this street is where we come back to handle all the boring office work. Dealing with city permits and material orders takes up a lot of our time. You can always hear the horns honking outside on the main road, but once you step into our place on Krishnappa Mudali Street, it’s a bit calmer. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It’s just a place where we work and talk to our contractors. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we have a good feel for what the locals need when it comes to construction. It’s a practical way to run a business, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this busy little street over the years.
