You can find our office at number 65/1 in New Raja Colony, just off Heber Road in Beema Nagar. Tiruchirappalli is a busy city, and being in the Beema Nagar area keeps us right in the middle of things. Grand Agaram Developers is a small outfit. We focus on getting projects off the ground here in Trichy. Our office is a simple place, nothing too grand despite the name. We have some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of blueprints rolled up in the corners. Most of our time is spent out on the roads, visiting sites and talking to the people actually doing the building. It’s a lot of coordination. We deal with the local authorities and make sure all the permissions are where they need to be. It can be a slow process sometimes, but we’ve learned to be patient. We don't really have a marketing team or anything like that. It's just us. People usually hear about us through word of mouth. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. Some days the heat in Trichy is a bit much, but the work has to get done. We just keep at it, one project at a time, and try to make sure everything is handled properly. There's always another site visit to do or another form to fill out.
