Gnsubham Builders Private Limited is located at 41/22 Kamaraj Avenue, in the Teachers Colony area of Adayar. It’s a nice, leafy part of Chennai to have an office. We’ve been here for a while, and the office is a pretty simple setup. We don't have any flashy signs or a big corporate lobby. It’s just a regular building where we handle the daily side of our construction business. Most of our time is actually spent away from Adayar, checking on our various building sites around the city. When we are in the office, we are usually buried in paperwork or talking to suppliers about sand and steel prices. It’s a small team, so we all know what’s going on with every project. The desks are always covered in site plans and loose notes. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build houses and structures, and we try to do it right. Sometimes things go wrong at a site and we have to spend the whole day there fixing it, so the office stays empty. Teachers Colony is a quiet neighborhood, which is a nice break from the noise of a construction site. We have a regular routine of starting early and finishing whenever the work is done. It’s a practical, local business and we like keeping things straightforward. People in the area know us, and we just focus on doing our job every day.
