We spend a lot of time coordinating with crews and checking on materials. It's the kind of work where you’re always on your feet or on the phone. We don’t go for anything too flashy in the office. It’s practical. People come by to talk about land or ask about upcoming builds in the city. Since we’re on the first floor, it’s easy enough for folks to find us. Alwarpet is a good central spot, so we can get to our different sites without too much trouble. Sometimes the planning takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just part of the development business. We try to keep a steady pace. There’s always something needing attention, whether it’s a permit or a site visit. We’ve grown used to the rhythm of this neighborhood. It’s a solid place to work from.
