Global Resources Management Group

We’ve been here at 20 Kolandhai Velu Street for a while now. Purasawalkkam is always moving, and so are we. Our office is a bit crowded with desks and files, but that’s how it goes when you’re handling resource management. Most of the time, the fans are spinning fast to keep us cool while we sort through paperwork for different clients. It’s not a fancy place with glass walls or anything like that. We just have our computers and some sturdy chairs. Sometimes the noise from the street gets loud, especially when the shops nearby are busy, but we’re used to it. The staff here mostly stays focused on coordinating things. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing up reports. Chennai heat can be tough, so we take our tea breaks seriously. Usually, one of the guys goes out to get snacks for everyone in the afternoon. We don’t really do big meetings with slide shows. It’s more about sitting around a table and figuring out what needs to get done for the day. Global Resources Management Group is basically just a group of us trying to keep things organized. We know the neighbors and the local courier guy well. It feels like a normal workplace where people show up, do their jobs, and head home to their families. Nothing too complicated, just a steady rhythm of work in a busy part of the city.
