You can find us on the ground floor at No. C-9 in the T.V.K. Industrial Estate over in Guindy. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving around us. GI SMART CONS WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED is the name we use, but most folks just know us as the guys in C-9. We do a lot of construction-related work, mostly focused on the practical side of things. Guindy is a central spot, so it makes it easy for us to get to different parts of Chennai. Our office isn't very large, but it is enough for what we need. We spend a lot of time out in the field anyway. There is usually a lot of noise from the neighboring units, but we have gotten used to it over time. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people directly. If there is a job to be done, we figure out the logistics and get to it. Sometimes we run into delays with permits or materials, which is pretty common in this line of work. We just take it as it comes. It is a lot of physical work and planning. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build things properly so they last. It is a busy life here in the estate, but we wouldn't have it any other way. People know our face and where to find us.
