Gatsby Village Neelankarai

Gatsby Village is located at No 359/4, right across the street from the Neelankarai Police Station. We are on the East Coast Road in the Thiruvanmiyur area, which is a nice part of town near the water. The 600041 zip code gets a lot of visitors, especially on the weekends when people are driving down the coast. We have a bit of a spread here, and it is not like a regular city hotel. There is more space and a bit of a breeze from the sea. We spend a lot of our time looking after the property because the salty air can be a bit rough on the walls and the plants. Our staff are mostly folks from around the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It is just a local business where we all pitch in to get the work done. Whether it is sweeping the walks or fixing a leak, there is always something to do. People come here when they want to get away from the crowded parts of Chennai for a bit. We aren't trying to be a high-end luxury resort. We just want to offer a comfortable place where things are simple and quiet. It is a lot of work to keep the gardens looking okay, but we like being out here by the ECR. It is a good spot for people who just want some fresh air.
