Sholinganallur has changed a lot with the IT boom, but our street still has a residential feel to it. Our office is a simple place, nothing like those big glass buildings you see on the OMR. We are a small construction firm, so our office is usually full of site maps, measuring tapes, and samples of tiles or bricks. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We handle various building projects, from small renovations to larger structures. Our team is small, mostly just a few engineers and some administrative staff to handle the permits. We don't have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people who have seen what we’ve built before. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of getting materials through Chennai’s traffic, which is always a challenge. The office has a small kitchen where we make coffee, and that’s where most of our planning happens. We aren't trying to be the biggest construction company in the city. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we take on. It’s a straightforward, local business run by people who live nearby.
