G Moulding Solutions

G Moulding Solutions is based in the Sidco industrial estate in Thirumazhisa. This is a place where you’ll find a lot of manufacturing going on, and we are right in the middle of it. We focus on moulding work, which means we have several large machines that run for most of the day. The shop floor is loud and can get quite hot, especially during the peak of summer when the cooling fans can only do so much. We make parts for various industries, so our work changes depending on what the customer needs. It’s a hands-on environment. Our workers have grease on their hands and we spend a lot of time checking the molds and the finished parts for any mistakes. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a suit. We wear heavy clothes and boots because it’s a factory. The roads around Sidco are often blocked by large trucks, so getting materials in and out can be a bit of a challenge. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the area grow quite a bit. We don't have a sales department that goes around making big pitches. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about what we do. We just focus on keeping the machines running and making sure the production stays on schedule. It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s what we know how to do.
