G. K Design Lines Fabrication

G. K Design Lines Fabrication is located at No. 479 Thiru- Vi- Ka- Nagar in Sembium, over in the Perambur area. If you come by, you’ll hear us before you see us. There’s always the sound of metal being cut or someone welding something in the back. It’s a noisy business, but that’s just how fabrication goes. We have a decent-sized workshop here. It’s filled with scraps of iron, tools, and the smell of burnt metal. We’ve been in this part of Perambur for a long time. The neighborhood has changed a lot, but we’re still here at the same spot. It’s not a clean place; there’s dust everywhere and grease on most of the surfaces. We don’t mind it much. My father started working with metal, and I just kind of picked it up. We do a lot of gates, grills, and basic frame work for people around Thiru- Vi- Ka- Nagar. Sometimes we get bigger jobs that take up the whole floor space, and we have to step over things just to get to the door. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most folks just walk in because they saw the shop or heard from a neighbor. We spend most of our day in our work clothes, covered in soot. It’s hard work, and the heat from the torch is no joke in the summer, but we like seeing the finished pieces and the heavy feeling of the metal.
