Fybuild Private Limited

Fybuild Private Limited is based out of Sozhanganallur in Chennai. Specifically, we are at S. No 439/17(169-C) on Parameswaran Nagar. It’s right off the Old Mahabalipuram Road, or OMR as everyone calls it. If you’ve been through this part of Chennai, you know how hectic the traffic can get. The noise of the city is always there in the background. Our office is tucked away a bit, which helps. Inside, it’s a bit of a mess sometimes. We have samples of materials and blueprints scattered around. We spend a lot of time dealing with the heat and the constant hum of the air conditioner. Being in Sozhanganallur means we are near a lot of tech parks, but we are more on the building side of things. We aren't techies. We are more comfortable with hammers and concrete. The team here is small. We’ve worked together for a long time, so we don’t need to say much to understand what needs to be done. We eat lunch together most days at the small shop around the corner. It’s nothing fancy, just good local food. The OMR area is always changing, with new buildings going up all the time. We are just one part of that growth. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our address on a document. It’s just how we operate. We keep our heads down and stay busy.
