Umbherson Street is one of those spots you might miss if you aren't looking for it. We are at 10/11, up on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator, so we all have strong legs from climbing those stairs every single morning. It’s a bit of an older building, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. Freight India Logistics has been operating out of this space for quite a while now. We handle a lot of logistics stuff, which mostly means we are staring at screens or talking to people on the other side of the country. The street downstairs is always cramped with bikes and people walking to the market. Sometimes the noise drifts up, but you get used to it after a week or two. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when things get busy. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to say much to know what needs doing. It is a simple setup. We don't have a fancy receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us leaning over a desk with a pen tucked behind an ear. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the paperwork that seems to never end. It’s decent work and we have a good group of people here.
